Camera Angles and types of shots

Camera angles are what make a photo or video what it is camera angles includes establishing shot, Close up, Medium shot, long shot, extreme close up and extreme long shot. 

ESTABLISHING SHOT 

A establishing shot is usually a shot that focuses a lot on the setting for context and what is happening during that time in the shot or clip. 

1. Close up 

A close-up shot is a shot taken of a person or object at a close up of their face this shows the audience how the charcter is feeling or their facial reactions to what is going on at that current time

 


2. Medium Shot

A medium shot shows that it is at a medium distance from the person or obejct being captured. It allows the viewer to have a solid view of each character within a film

3) Long shot


The long shot is often times used as an establishing shot in a film it normally sets the scene and the character's place within it. 


Extreme close up and extreme long shot 

1. A extreme close up is when the area of the shot is filled by a persons face.

2. A extreme long shot is when the view is really far away from the subject.
